Nate joined the UPG team in September 2016. He brings with him 17 years of management experience in the window, door, and glass industry. As general manager Nate oversees daily operations, strategic planning, and customer relations. He also specializes in glass shower enclosures.

Nate attended East Stroudsburg University and graduated from Penn State University where he received his degree in Human Resources, Labor, and Employment Relations.

In his free time, Nate enjoys spending time with his family (wife Brenna and two children – Landon and Brynleigh), watching and coaching football, hunting and spending time with friends.

Luke Bender joined the team at United Plate Glass in Spring 2022 as an Estimator with experience that he acquired from working at our sister company, Zartman Construction, as well as a nationally recognized company in the industry.   

His managerial experience, and his ability to handle multiple tasks, and provide solutions to challenging situations play into his current role of providing estimates and quotes for competitive bids at United Plate Glass.  Luke also has experience in residential project management, estimating, and remodeling.  

Luke is a graduate of Penn College with a degree in Building Construction Technology.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kayla and their four children, Nolan, Lila, Callum, & Remi. As a family, they enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting, and taking family road trips and vacations.

Raised in Trevorton PA, Noel graduated from Line Mountain School District before coming to work at United Plate Glass.  As the first point of contact at our office, Noel is the cheerful voice you’ll hear when you phone into the shop.  

Noel enjoys spending time with her family, her friends, and her dog, Luna.   

 Her hobbies include going on walks with Luna, visiting Amusement parks when in season, swimming when in season, and all Halloween activities (when in season, of course.)

As a self-described “people-person”, Noel is here to be as helpful to everyone as she can.  

Adam joined the UPG team in February 2021. He brings with him over 7 years of operations management experience. Adam attended Bloomsburg University where he received his degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology. He also served 12 years in the United States Army where he reached the rank of sergeant. In his free time, Adam likes to flyfish, spend time outdoors, in addition to spending time with friends and family.

Travis brings over ten years of construction experience to the team at UPG.  He first learned construction skills alongside his father, a professional painting contractor, and then attended Triangle Tech earning an Associates degree in Carpentry & Construction.  As part of the UPG team, Travis will handle the residential & light commercial projects.

In his spare time, Travis enjoys spending time with his family and playing drums & guitar.

Billy brings 12 years of management experience in the construction industry.  Billy works tirelessly on estimating your projects to provide accurate information and a bid you can trust to be complete and meet your full scope.  He specializes in estimating and assisting with project management. His three years of in-field experience helps with this ability to lead & manage a team.

Cindy joined the United Plate Glass team in January 2013 as Office Manager.  She efficiently runs the office on a day-to-day basis.   Her responsibilities include:  Answering/transferring phone calls, waiting on walk-in & phone customers, preparing quotes & estimates, purchasing & receiving, scheduling service jobs, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, assisting project managers by loading jobs & obtaining required paperwork.
Cindy graduated from Southern Columbia Area High School in 1984.

She and her husband Dave have been married for over 25 years. She is the Mom to son Jason and step-son Brett.  In her free time, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and cats; playing on her church volleyball team, playing cards & board games, and being outdoors.

Amanda joined the UPG team in November 2020, bringing over 15 years of office experience. She is responsible for answering/transferring phone calls, waiting on walk-in and phone customers, preparing quotes and orders, as well as accounts payable & receiving. 

Amanda graduated from Shikellamy Area High School in 2001. In her spare time, she likes to be with her husband, Jason, and son, Bowen.  Amanda also enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing home projects, bowling, and traveling.

Dennis began his career in the glass industry nearly 35 years ago nearly by chance while on a vacation fishing trip in Long Island, NY with his brother and family friend who owned Monsey Glass in Rockland County NY.  He was behind on some residential projects and asked Dennis if he could help out for a few days before returning home.

After spending his final two days of vacation as a glass installer, the two spent every day begging Dennis to come work for them until he eventually “gave in”.  

Dennis began his career as an installer, but quickly moved up to General Manager one of the largest glass shops in the county.

Dennis enjoys spending his free time with his wife Susan and his two children, Billy and Lindsey.  They enjoy camping, fishing, random road trips, and vacationing together as a family.

Joining the team in 2017, Sam brings nine years of construction, project management, & glass and glazing experience.  A 2013 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Commercial Project Management and a minor in Business Administration, Sam also proudly in the United States Marine Corps.  He was honorable discharged in 2007 after serving 20 glorious years defending our beloved Nation.

Sam is responsible for our commercial division and brings a high level of expertise to project estimates, project management, as well as service and sales.

In his spare time, Sam enjoys motorcycle trips with his wife Sherry, custom woodworking, hunting, and fishing.

Justin joined UPG as the Commercial and Residential Service Manager/Light Commercial Project Manager in March 2023. His responsibilities include estimating and scheduling service orders for on-site repairs. He builds strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and enjoys working with the team. 

He began his journey in the building industry back in 1999, starting his career at a local hardware store and lumberyard. In his most recent position, he served as an In-Home Project Specialist, interacting closely with customers and contractors to earn their trust. 

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and friends outdoors. He and his wife Jodi, and their two sons Jacob and Isaac, spend their time roadtripping, riding ATVs, camping, and fishing.

Brad joined the UPG team January 2024. He brings with him 40+ years of experience in the construction industry from sales and manufacturing to installation of architectural products and specializes in hardware. His 30+ years of experience in hardware brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. Brad is very critical when it comes to preparing the details and materials for a smooth and flawless construction project. He enjoys hunting, farming, the outdoors and spending time with
friends and family.

Rickey started at UPG in October of 2002 and has had the opportunity to work in the service, residential, shower and commercial divisions. He has held many roles in his time with UPG, and has gained valuable experience across our whole suite of services.

As of February 2024, Rickey has taken on a new role as assistant PM and now estimates and manages the projects from a different perspective.

In Rickey’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Lacey, his daughters, Teri and Kiersten, his son-in-law Payton, and his granddaughter, Madeline, along other family and friends.
