United Plate Glass is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to assist our Project Managers in the successful execution of commercial glass projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and will be able to multitask to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and will be able to multitask to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers with day-to-day commercial glass projects
- Estimating jobs
- Submittals
- Ordering materials
- Communicating with General Contractors
- Coordinating material for jobs, project closeout documents, and billing
Qualifications
- College degree preferred - or 2-5 years of experience in assistance or management of commercial construction projects.
- Experience with commercial glass is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Willingness to learn about the industry and related software
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Reliable and trustworthy character
- Well spoken, effective communication skills
- Time management and ability to multitask
- Strong work ethic, willing to work overtime as necessary to ensure deadlines are met
- Prioritizes safety
