Project Specifications
Mount Nittany Health required glass installation for a new 125,000 square foot health facility, Mount Nittany Health Toftrees in the State College area to accommodate 60 health providers with over 200 employees.

Project Preparation
Large-scale projects require keen attention to detail and intensive planning upfront. We smoothly coordinated material deliveries to our Rhino fabrication center, and ensured those materials then arrived at the job site intact and on time.
- Underwent safety training to minimize onsite accidents
- Team was certified in Kawneer Mechanic’s School to prepare for installation
- Elevations were fabricated in Rhino fabrication center and delivered in order of installation
Glass Installation
Once materials were delivered onsite, we installed the frames and glass onsite according to schedule faster and more efficiently due to our new facility’s proximity to the highway, and additional capacity for both materials and transport trucks.
- Executed multi-trade coordination to mitigate installation issues and get ahead of fenestration performance challenges
- Dorma Easi-Fronts fixed panel set with two-sided support glazing system, ½” glass panels, and custom filming
- Over 12,000 square feet of curtain wall
- Over 10,000 square feet of storefront
